Irina Novikova

Irina Novikova is the CEO of AGAMA communications. She is a highly skilled professional with 15 years of experience in marketing, communications and innovative development.

For 8 years of her past career she dealt with constant supervision and management of the integrated marketing services at Talan Communications - the agency actually maintained its leading position in the local market as the most effective and most creative agency for nearly 10 years. The agency won over 100 branch contests and got into the short-list finals at Cannes Lions and Effie awards.

Irina graduated with a PhD in economics in the sphere of innovation. In June 2013 she completed the Executive Program of Singularity University, one of the world’s most innovative learning establishments, located on the territory of NASA Research Center in the Silicon Valley, USA.

Later in 2013 she became the CEO of a newly formed structure AGAMA communications, which unites 16 agencies of the Atlantic Group holding and integrates creativity, technology and entrepreneurship all across its member-agencies.

AGAMA communications acts as an Organizer and Digital Partner of the WCFDavos Kyiv - the company initiated and organized the Digital Panel of the event, which will bring together well-known foreign experts in digital communications.
