Armenuhi Mkrtchyan
Head of Consumer Rights Protection & Financial Literacy, Central Bank (Armenia)
Armenuhi Mkrtchyan is Head of Consumer Rights Protection and Financial Literacy at the Central Bank of Armenia (2014-present). She is Board Member of the Financial System Mediator Office (2008-present).
She was head of the Financial System Stability and Development Department, Consumer Protection and Market Conduct Division at the Central Bank of Armenia from 2008 till 2014. Before that, for a couple of years (2006-2008) she was head of the Financial System Policy and Analysis Department, Insurance and Securities Regulation Division at the Central Bank of Armenia.
Previously, Armenuhi worked as a Senior Researcher and Leading Researcher at Banking Methodology and Analysis Department, Banking System Development Research Division at the Central Bank of Armenia (2003-2006). She was also Senior Specialist and Junior Specialist in Macroeconomic and Banking Research Center at the Central Bank of Armenia (1998-2003).
Armenuhi has attended numerous trainings, such as:
