Maxim Kiselev
Professor at the Russian Academy for National Economy and Public Affairs (Russia)
Maxim Kiselev is À Ñ-Level corporate communications, reputation management, business development and support, organizational behavior and development professional. He has over 20 years of experience in the big international and Russian multicultural corporations. His track record includes conducting research and being an educator in reputation management and communications.
Before joining Skoltech in 2013 Maxim has served as Chief Business Development Officer with Technopark “Skolkovo”(since July, 2011), in charge of the full spectrum of internal and external communications, marketing, national and international partnerships development, strategy and system of services. Prior to Skolkovo, Maxim had various executive positions, including Deputy CEO of HealthTech Corporation in charge of communications and corporate affairs, Chief Corporate Communications officer at Volgo-Tanker AMS, Deputy Chief of International Communications at Yukos Oil Company. For over eight years Maxim remains a President and CEO of “MK Analytics-Consulting-Training”, a full spectrum management and communications consulting company, that he founded. Among his clients are such companies as Gazprom neft, Bayer, MediaMarkt-Saturn, Sberbank RF, Severstal Group, Dupont, Russian Export Center.
He earned his MS in Psychology from the Moscow State Lomonosov University in 1982, MPh (1992) and MA (1991) in Social Psychology from Yale University. Maxim completed his PhD in Social Psychology at Yale University in 1996 and earned an Executive Diploma from the Yale School of Management in 2002.
He is a Professor at the Russian Academy for National Economy and Public Affairs since 1999, and a Professor at the Russian Peoples’ Friendship University since 2009. He is also a Visiting Professor at Lomonosov Moscow State University Business School.
Maxim edited 5 books, and authored a manual for MBA students “Leadership and Ethics. Emotional Leadership” (2008) and has Over 40 publications in English, Russian, Lithuanian in scientific periodicals and collections. He is a frequent speaker and moderator at national and international conferences (last ones being at Yale University, New Haven, US/October, 2016; Dushanbe, Tadzhikistan/December, 2016; Baku, Azerbaidjan/December, 2016; New Delhi, India/January, 2017; Hanoi, Vietnam/January, 2017; London, UK/January, 2017.
