Dori Kiss Kalafat

Tekfen Holding Corporate Communications Coordinator, Vice Chairman of KID - the Turkish Association of Corporate Communicators (Turkey)

Born in 1968 in Budapest, Kiss Kalafat graduated with a BA in Language and Literature from Bosphorus University in 1990. Between 1992-1996 she worked in the account management team of Young & Rubicam Reklamevi, then as PR Manager of Turkish fashion retail chain Mudo and as Marketing Manager of luxury jewellery brand Gilan. She was co-founder and head of client relations at Tayfa Agency between 1998-2002. Kiss Kalafat joined Tekfen Holding as Corporate Communications Coordinator in 2003 with the initial task to establish the department within the company. Since 2008, she is at the same time Board Member of Tekfen Foundation.

A European Championship and World Cup silver medalist in waterpolo as part of the Hungarian national team, Kiss Kalafat is happily married and has a teenage son. She speaks Hungarian, Turkish, French and English.
