Krzysztof Jakubczak

CEO at Perspectiva Solutions (Poland)

Graduate from the Institute of Optoelectronics of the Military University of Technology, Warsaw, Poland. He achieved his PhD in the field of applications of natural sciences from the Czech Technical University in Prague. His background is in medical devices, military technologies, lasers, optics, infrared technology, light detection systems, nanolithography, vacuum systems and spectroscopy. Krzysztof has 10+ years of experience in R&D projects. He worked as a deputy project manager on design of HiLASE laser research center where he additionally led the R&D team as a research program leader working on development of novel design lasers for industrial applications. His commercial experience covers production engineering and R&D projects in medical devices. From march 2014 he cooperates with National Centre for Research and Development (NCBiR) through LSBC company as the Operations Director within Bridge Mentor Project where his team is responsible for support of commercialization of Life Sciences inventions in Poland. He manages the team of experts and assesses commercial potential of medical devices and technical projects. He has been responsible for the review process of more than 3100 projects. He works closely with scientific teams and investors helping to form new ventures. Krzysztof is also a founder and a CEO of Perspectiva Solutions, a company offering manufacturing services for high-tech companies. Krzysztof has also funded an innovative R&D project in the field of laser metrology.
