Maciej K. Krol

President at Xcity Investment (Poland)

Maciej K. Król, CEO at Xcity Investment, a company which belongs to Grupa PKP and runs commercial development projects. Before his appointment at this position, he was heading the Investment Department of PKP S.A. Expert in the field of investment analysis, particularly real estate investments and restructuring.

Before joining PKP S.A., he was responsible for managing the Polish branch of GVA Worldwide, an international real estate consulting company. He was coordinating investment transactions, property leasing and valuation of investment portfolios. He was also a board member of two Danish investment funds in Polen Invest Holdings operating on the real estate market, where his main duties involved restructuring the portfolio and financing.

He graduated from Warsaw School of Economics and Sheffield Hallam University, majoring in management and finance. He also attended postgraduate studies in property brokerage and valuation. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Urban Land Institute.
