Olga Bielkova

Member of the Verkhovna Rada, Deputy Head of the Verkhovna Rada’s Committee on Fuel and Energy Complex, Nuclear Policy and Nuclear Safety (Ukraine)

Harvard Kennedy School of Government alumna, in 2012 Olga was elected as a Member of the Ukrainian Parliament (Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine) and Deputy Head of the Verkhovna Rada’s Committee on Fuel and Energy Complex, Nuclear Policy and Nuclear Safety. She is a Permanent Member of the Ukrainian Delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of OSCE and also the Co-chair of the Parliamentary Non-Partisan Caucuses "For Energy Independence of Ukraine" and "For digital Future of Ukraine".

Before focusing on political issues, Olga received a vast experience as a top-manager. She was one of the Managing Partners of EastLabs.co – a startup business accelerator in Kyiv, being responsible for attracting talent and new teams and for the creation of programs for team-development in the accelerator. She also acted as the Director of International Programs for the Victor Pinchuk Foundation, where she led projects for Ukraine’s integration into the global community, supervised the international grant-making activity and worked closely with several well-known international organizations. Prior to joining the Foundation, she served as a Financial and Administrative Director for Land O’Lakes, a USAID-funded agricultural marketing project in Ukraine. Olga also worked as the Deputy Director for the Junior Achievement International program in Ukraine, introducing economic education to more than 30,000 students in 500 high schools throughout the country.
