Nadezhda Diakonova

Senior Consultant at Hay Group

Nadezhda Diakonova is a senior consultant at Hay Group, she is a practice leader for the Leadership and Talent Practice. Nadezhda helps companies to build effective processes in the areas of leadership development and talent development, she created and facilitated numerous programs on leadership development, designed and implemented competency models that enable executives to objectively evaluate their people and develop current and future leaders more effectively. She also helps companies to build and implement effective performance management processes. Nadezhda is an experienced assessor and coach who helps companies to identify and develop their best talents.

Before joining Hay Group, Nadezhda worked as a senior HR consultant at the continuing education and research center of the Russian oil in gas industry. Her responsibilities included elaboration and implementation of organizational diagnostics projects, HR effectiveness audit and reorganization of HR services. Nadezhda published a monograph “Human resources of oil and gas industry” that was very highly rated by HR practitioners and industry professionals.

Nadezhda holds BA and PhD degrees in psychology from Moscow State University, Russia, and Master of Art degree in psychology from the University of Northern Iowa, USA.
