Valery Maltsev was born in 1965. He graduated from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics and Voronezh State University (Department of Journalism).

Valery is a specialist in social technology, humanities & communication field. He has professional experience in aircraft industry, in management of industrial & commercial enterprises and non-governmental entities, administrative establishment of the Russian regions.

Valery Maltsev is a co-author of Methodology for the Starting (Maximum) Contract Price Estimation in Humanities & Communication Field. He is the author of the training courses Communication in Business Processes and Campaign for Fame.

At present Valery is the head of the Centre of Information and Communication Solutions at Audit Consulting Group Business Systems Development.
