Mikhail Kozhokin

Deputy President of VTB-24

Mikhail Kozhokin was born on February 23, 1962. His career started when he graduated from the historical dept of M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University cum laude in 1984, and presented his Ph.D. thesis in 1988.

During 1993—1996, he worked for ONEXIM Bank as Deputy Chairman of the Board and managed the Data Support Department. From 1996 till 1997 he worked as Assistant to the 1st Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation.

In 1998—2003 he held the office of Chief Editor in Izvestiya newspaper, and in 2004 he joined Public Relations Development Company CJSC as 1st Vice-President.

In November 2005, he was appointed Deputy President – Chairman of the Board of VTB24.
